Softening Tension in the Pelvic Floor
Starts October 1, 2026
This video series is designed to help you connect and coordinate the key parts of your core so they respond more effectively to the demands of everyday life. Whether you're picking up a child, rolling out of bed, jumping without leaking, or lifting a heavy barbell, your core and pelvic floor play a vital role in how you move and feel.
This isn't about getting rock-hard abs—it's about building strength and awareness in the deep layers of your core that support your organs, breathing, and spine. The series is divided into three progressive lessons, each featuring a set of guided videos.
This series is especially supportive for those recovering postpartum, healing after abdominal surgery, or managing pelvic floor conditions like prolapse—particularly the first lesson. However, this is not a substitute for medical care or individualized treatment. We strongly recommend working with a pelvic floor physiotherapist before beginning, especially prior to progressing to the third lesson.
Included Practices:
Practices are organized progressively, to challenge you as you get stronger.
Foundations: Learn how to sense, engage, and coordinate your diaphragm, pelvic floor, and deep core muscles.
Stabilize: Discover how to use your core to support and stabilize your spine in everyday movements.
Activate: Put it all together to strengthen and integrate all sides of your core for dynamic, functional movement.
